TD75 Type Belt Conveyor for General Purpose Bulk Material Handling

Product Details

The Haihui TD75 type belt conveyor is a general-purpose belt conveyor widely used in metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, hydropower, and other industries. It can transport both bulk materials and packaged goods.

1. Applications

Belt conveyors are widely adopted in metallurgy, coal, transportation, ports, power generation, building materials, and other sectors due to their high conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, and strong versatility. Depending on process requirements, a single conveyor can operate independently, or multiple units can be combined with other conveyor types to form horizontal or inclined conveying systems.

The standard operating temperature range for belt conveyors is -10°C to +40°C. For applications with special requirements such as explosion protection, water resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, or cold resistance, appropriate measures must be taken. These may include explosion-proof motors, stainless steel components, heat-resistant belts, or low-temperature greases to ensure safe and reliable operation under demanding conditions.

2. Technical Features and Main Parameters

Belt widths are available in the following standard sizes: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200, and 2400 mm. Width selection depends on required conveying capacity and material characteristics. Wider belts provide higher throughput and better support for larger lump sizes.

Belt speeds are available in the following ratings: 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.5, and 4.0 m/s. Speed selection depends on material properties, conveying distance, and process requirements. For highly abrasive materials, lower speeds are recommended to extend belt life. For fine or powdery materials, higher speeds improve conveying efficiency.

3. Complete System Arrangement

The designer determines the complete system arrangement after selecting and calculating main parameters based on the material conveying process and other requirements. Standard components—including drive units, pulleys, idler sets, take-up devices, and belts—are selected and assembled into a complete conveyor. A well-planned arrangement ensures stable operation, minimal energy consumption, easy maintenance, and effective adaptation to site terrain and space constraints. The TD75 series follows standardized dimensions, making components interchangeable and simplifying spare parts inventory management.
