Haihui Group has successfully secured the contract for the steel structure project for Kia’s vehicle assembly plant in Mexico. With a total steel volume exceeding 30 million tonnes, this project is one of the largest overseas steel structure contracts the company has secured in recent years. Given the substantial order volume, tight delivery schedule and heavy production workload, the project has posed a severe test of the company’s technical design, production organisation and quality control capabilities.

Within the tight delivery schedule, to ensure the smooth progress of the project, all employees of Haihui Group worked in unison and collaborated closely. The technical department proactively worked overtime, with many technical staff working tirelessly through the night to ensure that tasks such as drawing design, detailed breakdowns and technical briefings were completed on time and to a high standard. The production department worked in close coordination with the technical department, seamlessly linking processes such as design, material preparation, cutting, welding and assembly to minimise the time between processes and accelerate the overall production pace.

Throughout the project’s implementation, all staff fully demonstrated the excellent qualities of being fearless, tenacious and willing to work tirelessly. Faced with multiple challenges—including tight deadlines, high standards and complex processes—everyone remained undaunted and pressed forward with determination. When encountering technical difficulties, the team pooled their wisdom, conducted thorough deliberations and sought the optimal solutions; when faced with production challenges, everyone worked together, brainstorming ideas and finding ways to overcome each obstacle one by one.
