New Mobile Height-Adjustable Belt Conveyor for Industrial Bulk Material Handling

Product Details

The Haihui new mobile height-adjustable belt conveyor features high load capacity, long service life, compact structure, small footprint, and light weight. It can operate in any location—indoors or outdoors—without restriction. Mobility is excellent; under normal conditions, a single adult can move the unit easily. Good passability allows direct truck loading, material transfer, and logistics handling. Operation is simple. The unit includes a control box with a master switch and a lift switch. Unattended operation is possible; start the unit and it runs.

1. Overview

Mobile belt conveyors differ from traditional fixed conveyors in design. Swivel casters are installed at the bottom of the conveyor frame, allowing the unit to be moved freely according to material stockpile location. The machine has a light, well-proportioned structure and good passability, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor loading and transfer of grain, bulk materials, light industrial products, and packaged goods. The mobile conveyor consists of a main frame, travel wheels, swivel casters, and a lifting device. The main frame is typically made from lightweight steel to reduce dead weight and improve mobility and portability. The electric lifting device eliminates the hazards and physical strain of manual lifting.

2. Key Features

High load capacity and long service life. Compact and space-saving design with light weight. Works anywhere—indoors or outdoors. Excellent mobility: one adult can move it. Good passability for truck loading, material transfer, and logistics. Easy to operate with a control box featuring a master switch and a lift switch. Unattended operation: just start it up.

3. Performance Specifications

Main parameters are determined based on material handling system requirements, loading/unloading site conditions, production processes, and material characteristics.

Conveying Capacity: The volume of material moved per unit time. For bulk materials, capacity is measured as mass or volume per hour. For packaged goods, it is measured as pieces per hour.

Conveying Speed: Higher speed increases capacity. For long belt conveyors, speeds continue to rise. However, high-speed operation requires attention to vibration, noise, starting, and braking. For conveyors integrated with processing operations, speed must be selected based on process requirements.

Length and Incline Angle: Conveyor length and incline angle directly affect total resistance and required drive power.
