Long-Bag Low-Pressure Pulse Jet Bag Filter for Boiler Dust Removal

Product Details

Haihui DFMC Series Low-Pressure Pulse Bag Filter for High-Efficiency Dust Collection

Haihui DFMC series long-bag low-pressure pulse jet bag filters use compartment stop-air offline pulse cleaning technology. Dust collection efficiency is high. Emission concentration can be below 5 mg/Nm³, meeting strict environmental standards.

The filter operates on an outside-to-inside filtration principle. Dust-laden gas enters through the inlet port. Flow guides distribute the gas evenly across the filtration chamber. Coarse dust particles fall directly into the hopper. The gas then enters the middle casing under guidance of the flow distribution system. The gas passes through filter bags supported by internal metal cages. Dust collects on the outside surface of the bags. Cleaned gas enters the clean air chamber above the bag section and exits through the outlet duct.

Compressed air is used for pulse jet cleaning. The cleaning system consists of an air tank, blow pipes, and pulse valves. When the dust layer on the bags reaches a set thickness, the cleaning controller initiates a cycle. The controller operates based on differential pressure, a timed schedule, or manual input. The controller opens solenoid valves in a programmed sequence. Compressed air pulses cause the bags to expand rapidly, releasing the dust cake. Pulse duration and cleaning intervals are automatically controlled by a dedicated program controller.

Dust falling into the hopper is discharged through rotary valves. A centralized conveying system transports the collected dust to a storage silo.

The filter body consists of the housing, hopper, dust discharge device, support structure, and pulse jet cleaning system.

Before startup, filter bags are pre-coated with powder to protect them from oil and moisture. During low-load boiler operation with oil assistance, a pre-coating system injects powder into the duct. Bypass protection is activated during boiler startup with oil assistance, tube rupture emergencies, or abnormal flue gas temperatures.

The filter offers both online and offline cleaning modes. Offline maintenance is possible. Leak detection devices monitor bag condition. Temperature, humidity, and differential pressure are monitored online.

Filter operation, including cleaning cycles, is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). The entire system operates automatically without an on-site operator. The PLC communicates with the plant central control system and accepts remote commands.

All inspection and maintenance work is performed outside the clean air chamber. Entry into the filter is not required.

The filter features small footprint, sound design, excellent sealing, flexible operation, bottom gas entry, offline cleaning, offline maintenance, effective cleaning, fully enclosed filtration zone, external maintenance access, simple operation, and low operating cost.
