Bag Cage for Supporting, Protecting Filter Bags in Dust Collectors

Product Details
Bag Cage for Supporting and Protecting Filter Bags in Dust Collectors
Manufacturing Process
The bag filter cage is manufactured using advanced multi-point一次性 spot welding technology. This process enables一次性 forming of the cage骨架 using 6 to 24 carbon steel wires in a single operation. Multi-point welding ensures consistent weld strength at every wire intersection. This automation eliminates weak points caused by manual welding.
Raw Materials
The cage framework is primarily manufactured from carbon steel or stainless steel. Carbon steel offers good strength at lower cost for standard applications. Stainless steel provides superior corrosion resistance for chemical, waste incineration, and high-moisture applications. Material selection depends on flue gas composition, operating temperature, and expected service life.
Surface Coating Options
Zinc Galvanizing
Zinc galvanizing provides basic corrosion protection for carbon steel cages. The zinc coating sacrifices itself to protect the underlying steel. This is suitable for dry, non-corrosive applications such as cement and grain handling.
Organic Silicon Powder Electrostatic Spray Coating
For more demanding conditions, cages receive organic silicon powder coating applied by electrostatic spray. The electrostatic charge ensures even coverage on all wire surfaces, including the back side of the cage. The coating is then heat-cured to form a durable, continuous film.
Product Characteristics
Straight and Smooth Surface
The一次性成型 process produces cages that are straight and smooth. Straight cages insert easily into filter bags without snagging. Smooth surfaces prevent abrasive wear on the inside of the filter bag. These characteristics simplify installation and maintenance.
Corrosion Resistance
The organic silicon coating provides excellent resistance to moisture, mild acids, and alkalis. This extends cage life in applications where flue gas contains corrosive components.
High Temperature Resistance
Organic silicon coatings withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 200°C. Stainless steel cages without organic coating can tolerate even higher temperatures, depending on the grade of stainless steel selected.
Quality Assurance
Each cage is inspected for straightness, weld integrity, and coating coverage before shipment. Cages are packaged to prevent coating damage during transport.
Application Range
These cages are suitable for pulse jet bag filters, reverse-air bag filters, and shaker bag filters across cement, steel, power generation, chemical, waste incineration, and wood products industries.
