Bearing and Seal Options

Bearing size and type are selected according to calculated load and expected service life. Standard bearings suit moderate loads. Larger bearings handle higher radial loads and extend operating life. Seal configuration depends on environmental conditions. Simple labyrinth seals work for clean, dry environments. Multi-stage labyrinth seals with added contact elements protect against fine dust. For wet or washdown conditions, enhanced water-resistant seals are available.

Shaft Customization

Shaft diameter is calculated based on load and deflection limits. Shaft material options include carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel. Shaft ends are machined to fit specific mounting arrangements. Flat positions, threads, or retaining ring grooves are added as required.

Tube surface treatment is selected based on corrosion risk. Standard paint suits indoor, dry applications. Zinc-rich primer with polyurethane topcoat provides better protection. Electro-galvanized coating offers corrosion resistance for humid environments. Hot-dip galvanizing protects against severe outdoor, marine, or chemical exposure.
