The Haihui FMDC series explosion-proof bag filter is primarily designed for dust collection in coal grinding systems. These systems are found in the building materials, metallurgy, power generation, and other industries. In these applications, the bag filter serves dual purposes: product collection and dust control. No pre-dedusting equipment is required.

High Dust Concentration Capability
The FMDC series can handle flue gas with dust concentrations up to 1000 g/Nm³ in a single pass. The filter collects coal powder as product while cleaning the exhaust gas. This eliminates the need for cyclones or other pre-separators, simplifying the process flow.
High Pressure Resistance
The filter housing is designed to withstand pressure up to 14,000 Pascals. This robust construction ensures safe operation under pressure fluctuations common in coal grinding systems.
Fire Prevention Measures
Coal dust is highly combustible. The FMDC series includes specific fire prevention features to prevent self-ignition of high-concentration coal dust. Explosion venting panels relieve pressure in case of ignition. Anti-static filter bags prevent static charge buildup. Grounding straps dissipate electrical charge. Pulse Jet Cleaning
The filter uses pulse jet cleaning to remove accumulated dust from the filter bags. Pulse jet cleaning provides high cleaning intensity with rapid action. Short bursts of compressed air cause the bags to expand suddenly, releasing the dust cake. This cleaning method maintains low pressure drop and extends bag life.
Automatic Control
The entire filter system is automatically controlled. Operating parameters are easy to adjust from the control panel. Differential pressure, temperature, and cleaning cycle timing are monitored and controlled automatically. When set to automatic mode, no dedicated operator is required at the filter location. The system responds to changing conditions without human intervention.
Safety Integration
