Product Details

Haihui Water Treatment Division: Medium to High Concentration Wastewater Treatment for Industrial Organic Loads

The Haihui Water Treatment Division offers a complete range of services including consulting and design, proprietary equipment manufacturing, engineering installation, process commissioning and startup, operator training, and facility operation and maintenance under contract. The division has the capability to undertake treatment projects for various industrial wastewaters, municipal wastewater treatment plants, and domestic sewage reuse systems for reclaimed water applications. The division has particular expertise in treating medium to high concentration organic wastewater.

Specialized Expertise in Medium to High Concentration Organic Wastewater

Treating medium to high concentration organic wastewater requires specialized approaches. Conventional municipal treatment methods are often insufficient for waste streams with chemical oxygen demand (COD) levels above 1,000 mg/L. The Haihui Water Treatment Division has developed proven solutions for these challenging applications. Industries served include food processing, brewing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical production, textile dyeing, and pulp and paper.

Third-Generation Anaerobic Reactor Technology

The division owns and deploys third-generation anaerobic reactor technology. Unlike conventional anaerobic systems, third-generation reactors achieve much higher loading rates through improved biomass retention and internal circulation. Key advantages include smaller footprint, lower energy consumption, higher biogas yield, and greater resistance to shock loads.

Complete Biogas Utilization Solutions

Anaerobic treatment produces methane-rich biogas as a byproduct. The Haihui Water Treatment Division offers complete biogas utilization solutions, including gas collection systems, storage tanks or gas holders, treatment equipment for hydrogen sulfide removal, and energy recovery systems such as boilers, generators, or direct-fired heaters. Capturing and using biogas offsets plant energy costs and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.

Technical Partnerships

The division maintains strong合作关系 with several respected institutions. These include the Shandong Academy of Environmental Sciences Research and Design, the School of Environmental Engineering at Tianjin University, the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Qingdao University, and the School of Resources and Environment at the University of Jinan. These partnerships provide access to current research, pilot testing capabilities, and academic expertise.

Qualified Technical Team

The division employs a team of professional engineers and technicians with many years of experience in industrial, domestic, and municipal wastewater treatment. Team members have backgrounds in process design, equipment specification, construction management, and operations.

Full Service Offering

From initial concept through final commissioning and ongoing operation, the Haihui Water Treatment Division provides integrated service with a single point of responsibility.
