The Haihui air-cushion belt conveyor features automatic self-centering of the air cushion, a low friction resistance coefficient, and reduced drive motor power. The Haihui air-cushion belt conveyor operates by placing an air chamber beneath the conveyor belt. A fan supplies pressurized air to the chamber. This air escapes through holes on the chamber surface, forming a thin air film between the belt and the chamber. The belt is thus supported without direct contact, allowing it to run smoothly and significantly reducing running resistance.
