Haihui Group has successfully secured the VP3 coal conveying project for Phase III of Russia’s Port Orient. The scope of the project encompasses the export supply of belt conveyors, baghouse dust collectors and associated steel structures. Characterised by tight delivery deadlines and a substantial workload, this project presents a severe test of Haihui Group’s project management and production delivery capabilities.

Faced with a tight schedule and heavy production workload, the technical, production and quality control departments of Haihui Group’s Baghouse Dust Collector Division and Belt Conveyor Division acted swiftly in concert, drawing fully upon the successful experience and best practices accumulated from previous large-scale international projects. The technical department began with the secondary detailed design of the drawings, optimising and refining product structures and process details in accordance with local operating conditions and regulatory requirements in Russia. The production department implemented scientific production planning and rational scheduling to ensure efficient coordination across all stages, from steel cutting to welding and assembly, and from component assembly to final commissioning of the complete units. The quality control department monitored the entire process and maintained strict oversight to ensure that every product complied with the design drawings and export quality standards.

From the detailed design of the drawings, through the mass production of components, to the final product inspection, this series of complex and tightly scheduled work phases proceeded in an orderly manner. Smooth communication and close coordination between all stages effectively guaranteed the overall project schedule and product quality. Ultimately, the belt conveyors, bag filters and associated steel structure products delivered by Haihui Group won the full affirmation and high recognition of the Russian client for their excellent quality and reliable performance, laying a solid foundation for Haihui Group’s further expansion in the Russian and surrounding international markets.
